I'm looking for a new running belt for my treadmill. Where can I find a running belt like it?
The vast majority of treadmill running belt are custom-made, so we need the correct measurements of the original treadmill running belt.
You can read in this article how to measure your treadmill running belt.
Then select the width range you want: Between 30 and 40 cm or between 40 and 50 cm or Between 50 and 60 cm.
Now it’s time to select the length range that yours fits into.
Finally, when completing your order, you can enter the exact measurements in the Order Notes field. However, if you would like to be contacted to talk a little about the measurements of your treadmill running belt, you can leave this field in blank and you will be contacted later by a technician.
My treadmill deck broke. How can I get one like it?
The vast majority of the treadmill decks are custom-made, so we need the correct measurements of the original decks.
You can read in this article, how to measure the decks of your treadmill.
Then select the thickness and length you want on the product.
Finally, after completing the order, you must send a drawing with the correct dimensions of the treadmill deck as per the example provided on the product page. Alternatively, you can send the treadmill deck with problems to our facilities and we will take the necessary measurements.
Are the motors exactly the same as the originals?
In fact, for most brands it will be very difficult, if not impossible, to find motors exactly the same as those manufactured 5 or 10 years ago.
What we do is find motors with the same electrical, mechanical and structural characteristics to replace existing ones.
I don't know which steel cable to choose for my machine?
In principle, the thickness of the machine’s original cable must always be respected.
In cases where it is not possible to know the original thickness, and it is not possible to obtain this information from the manufacturer, we can use the following as a basic rule:
- Between 0 and 100 Kg – 5mm cable (3+2);
- Between 100 Kg and 200 Kg – 6mm cable (4+2);
- Above 200 Kg – Check case by case;
Do I have questions about the warranty of the products?

Do you accept product returns? Under what conditions?
Technologic Ark accepts returns from Customers within the first 14 days for distance purchases.
Returned products are only accepted under the following conditions:
Be intact and without any mark/damage from use or assembly.
Contain your packaging, manuals and original accessories and without any mark/damage from use or assembly.
Possess the invoice for that product.

I need to relocate my equipment to another location. How can I get this service?
To request the equipment relocation service, use the options available in the contacts. You will be informed of the conditions and respective values associated with this service.
This service is only available for some brands of equipment.
I want to do maintenance on my treadmill but I don't know how?
Maintenance protects your treadmill, helps resolve minor problems and extends its durability.
Hiring a technician to carry out periodic and more in-depth maintenance (six-monthly or annually) is an excellent solution, however, you can and should carry out more frequent maintenance which, although a little more simplified, guarantees good performance of your treadmill.
